What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Clients should know that I will adapt to their budget and I will always be at their service, always spy on them sincerely regarding the price and quality of the paint so that they know what I am going to use and so we are on the same page.. I also always ask them if the property will be for rent or is theirs and I always put myself to order and the budget that they have available always recommending the best options

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I have worked with many clients and I will always continue working for any client for me, all clients have the same value and all dealings will always have good communication and responsibility from Paint Renovations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

For me, the client can ask me for anyone, I will always be at their service and understand them easily to do a good job, I always adapt to the client's need and budget because my idea is to help them to be satisfied, and I have 7 years of experience in customer service before I had similar jobs and I know how to adapt to the clients' needs

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always advise them to see their reviews and photos of work and recommendations so that they go 100% safe with the person who will do the work for them

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have a good service and education because from my young age and learned to be educated and help other people to build new ideas and wonders for their lives

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

When he is a new client I always help him choose the colors and give him my opinion on the types of paint and which one is much better for his home, always depending on how the client wants it and adapting to his budget to do a good job and so he is happy

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I started with this job because a friend invited me to paint his house and from there I really liked painting, you relax and keep your mind working in an area and helping more people to see their wonderful houses

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I elaborated a project of a house from the inside I really liked this job because the client trusted me and let me choose the right colors so that their house would look much better and have more clarity and look cleaner..What quality material are been use - many contractors try save a buck by buying least expensive materials which may reflect later on job quality - you want see it at first, when is all new it's always looking nice, but with time (Paint especially) is tend to not holding well with weather - especially GA forecast Lowest price most likely includes least expensive paints - not always best choice - talk to your contractor -
