What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

At Fresh Coat Painters we price our services based off of the Painters Contracting Association. We offer some promotional discounts via Facebook and we work with our customers to find the right paint solution based on their budget!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We would love to come out to your home and provide a free firm quote. Our quotes provide attention to detail, along with pictures and are easy to follow. We believe communication is key and we will clarify with you how to communicate via call, email, or text.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

At Fresh Coat Painters we go through extensive training in Cincinnati Ohio, where we cover everything from the basic safety measures to the applications of every product. I also was a manager at Sherwin Williams for 2 years so I have product training and am always updated on product guides!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I made the transition from Sherwin Williams to Fresh Coat Painters because I constantly would see painting companies mistreat their customers. I wanted to provide trust, along with a great understanding of products to my customers. You will feel confident throughout the whole process, and our services will directly reflect this from the moment we come out for a quote!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Fresh Coat Painters has worked with residential and light commercial customers. We have done projects on all ranges of home values from million dollar estates to smaller 2 bedroom homes. We provide the same quality service using premium products for all our customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First off, make sure over several sites that the company has a great reputation. Ask if they are insured and who will be managing their project. Find out exactly what is included in the bid from what paint will be used, what items will be painted and how they do the prep. Price should never be the only factor in chosing a painter or any home service provider for that matter. All to often what you think you are saving ends up costing much more in heart ache, money or both.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure you know your budget. Think about what services you want provided and which ones need to be completed before others. Think about what type of products you want to use on your home; contractor grade, mid-grade, or superior products. We offer free on site estimates so we can help you stay within your desired budget.
