What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Estimates are free. The estimates will be provided after an on-site consultation with details of area to be painted (included/excluded), paint being used, and other items. The price given will be inclusive in the quote. If there is additional work requested, after the job begins, a price will be given for the change and approved by the customer prior to beginning the change work order.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process begins with the initial contact. We will ask a few simple questions and set a time for an estimate. A representative will come and measure out the areas being painted and provide a detailed quote within 1 business day. Most quotes will be proved on site. If the quote is accepted, we will call to set-up start date within 2 days of accepting the quote. The crew and project manager will arrive at the designated time, on the first day, to go over the project with you and discuss any requests that the customer may have. The project manager will be checking in throughout the project, as well as providing their contact information, should the customer have any questions or concerns. Once the project is complete, the customer and project manager will walk through the project to ensure satisfaction. After the final walk through has been completed and our customer is completely satisfied we then collect payment for all work performed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The owner has been involved in the painting industry for over 10 years. He has experience in residential, commercial, new construction, and property maintenance. He has a strong Sherwin Williams background.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner has been in the Painter industry for over 10 years. He has experience with residential, commercial, property maintenance, and new home construction projects. The owner has excellent customer service experience as well as a wealth of knowledge regarding products and the application process of different coating systems

What types of customers have you worked with?

Se habla espanol. We work with all types of customers from residential homeowners to commercial business owners. We want to work with anyone and everyone.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

At Painter1 of Central Florida we enjoy all types of projects. The projects we enjoy the most are the ones that include major color changes and looks like a completely new property. We take pride in every job that we complete. Most smaller projects are completed within a few days but larger projects could take more time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice that we can give is to compare different quotes in detail, if you are getting more than one. There a good painters out but there are a few questions you should definitely ask. What products are they going to use? Are they punctual and making sure everything is always going according to plan? What type of warranty do they offer? Are they insured and licensed? Is this a company that you would feel comfortable letting work inside your house?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is the final result I am looking for? What exactly do I want or need painted? What colors am I interested in? What is the time frame I am looking to have the project started and completed?
