Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We provide free estimates and offer discounts for larger projects or recurring services. There are no hidden fees, but certain projects may have additional costs for specialized materials or last-minute changes. We evaluate the possibility of beating or matching the prices of any competitor, as long as the competitor provides the same or higher quality comparable with us. We always discuss these with the client beforehand to ensure full clarity.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to meet our customers face to face to listen to their needs, we consider this important. We start with an initial consultation, either in person or virtually, to discuss your project and understand your needs. After assessing the scope, we provide a detailed quote. Once approved, we schedule the work at your convenience, ensuring clear communication throughout the process. We prioritize customer satisfaction ALWAYS, with follow-up checks after the job to ensure you’re happy with the results.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My wife and I started our company seeking to meet the need for quality services in the area of painting and cleaning. From our beginnings, to this day, the highest levels of finishing, service and satisfaction are our objective within each new project or service provided.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a provider, always check for reviews and testimonials from previous clients. Keep in mind that some contractors subcontract their services to third parties and do not monitor the execution of the work, which can compromise the final result and cause dissatisfaction on the part of the client. Therefore, make sure that the company or person hired will be the one to execute the work and/or directly monitor its execution. Lastly, ask about their experience with the specific type of work you need, whether it’s a specialized painting technique or cleaning service.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask whether the owner or a manager will be monitoring the process during the project. Ask about the quality of the materials that will be used and the level of finish that the team is capable of delivering. Find out how the team acts and what they do to take care of the floors and areas that should not be painted and whether they deliver the work clean. Very important, ask if the team members are professionals and know what they are doing.
