Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We provide free estimates and offer discounts for larger projects or recurring services. There are no hidden fees, but certain projects may have additional costs for specialized materials or last-minute changes. We evaluate the possibility of beating or matching the prices of any competitor, as long as the competitor provides the same or higher quality comparable with us. We always discuss these with the client beforehand to ensure full clarity.

Keep in mind that some contractors subcontract their services to third parties and do not monitor the execution of the work, which can compromise the final result and cause dissatisfaction on the part of the client. Therefore, make sure that the company or person hired will be the one to execute the work and/or directly monitor its execution. Lastly, ask about their experience with the specific type of work you need, whether it’s a specialized painting technique or cleaning service.
