What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When I pass a budget I try to be correct, I don't inform values for the environment, but for the work, material to be used, complexity of the work and execution time, but everything can be negotiable, I am very flexible regarding values.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Firstly, I value the punctuality and quality of the work, always scheduling time to check the work and its conditions, so I can indicate how to do the job correctly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My training was done by a qualified professional, who has been working in the segment for over 20 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in the construction area about 3 years ago, 2 years as a floor installer, it was through a friend who helped me in learning.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I don't believe there are types of clients, in my view they are all the same, I don't make any distinction, I just try to be fair and do an excellent job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I installed a bathroom in Broward County, installed marble floors, redid the shower and walls, finishing with application of white grout.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for information about the quality of the material sold and about local complaints, such as delivery time and whether deliveries are made safely, so as not to have damaged products.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always look for references of work performed, checking quality and punctuality.
