we are a new company with almost 3 yrs in business but with extensive years in the trade. our main focus is on quality and making sure our customers are happy with the work performed. we always try to put ourselves in customers position and offer affordability and great work treating each customer home as if it was our own home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

we are fair and understand the economic crisis right now we are flexible and are willing to offer discounts if needed. we understand that there are situations where we need to put ourselves in the customers shoes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

we will make an appointment with customer to go and evaluate the area that needs work and explain the process in which we work and all the steps from start to finish, and then give an estimate.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began working as a helper in a small company and learned the trade which then i applied when i began working with my brother on his own properties. i perfected my trade with the following years until i began to open my own company and work for myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

every type of customers no one is looked over we help who ever needs it.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

the project i am most fond of was a customer who contacted me directly who said she had met me before but i believe she was God sent I didn't remember her, but we did the renovations to her home inside and out and her cousins from there we cultivated a great friendship, and she would try to get me leads. She helped me sign a huge contract with Government properties as we do pool deck repairs and renovations. she has been my angel.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Shop around do not settle with the first person who sounds good. and ask questions always. research the company and do not settle for the cheapest price sometimes the least expensive in the long run can be the most expensive.
