We have always been proud to provide the highest quality service with 100% satisfaction and still keep our prices on competitive level, but we're new on Thumbtack — we realize we have yet to win your trust. That's why we lower our rates even further and offer our services for prices below the average level. Contact us now and enjoy the special offer!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
1 — You contact us and we have a consultation, figure out the scope of the project and what exactly has to get done. If the area that needs work is relatively large (>100 ft2), we schedule a visit to take all the measurements and make an estimate. Here we also discuss if the wall(s) need(s) to get patched up and primed prior to installing the wallpaper. 2 — If you've already bought wallpaper, we'll request the information provided by the manufacturer. If you have yet to purchase wallpaper, we'll give you a number of rolls needed to cover your space. After that we choose convenient time to perform the installation. 3 — Area preparation. This is the part where we move all obstructions (if there are such) out of the way, take everything attached to the wall(s) off, and cover the space with plastic sheets to protect it from getting dirty or scratched. 4 — Wall preparation. In some cases if the wall(s) is(are) very damaged, we'll need to come on a different day prior to the installation to patch it(them) up and let it(them) dry. 5 — Wallpaper installation. Cutting, glueing, smoothing, and cutting again. 6 — Presenting the results and wrapping up. Getting your approval is the most important part. If you are satisfied with the result, we collect all our tools, clean the area after ourselves, and get back on the road. If there's something that needs to be corrected, we'll work on it for as long as it takes to get it right. 7 — Follow up. Don't be surprised if we give you a call some time after the work ended to make sure everything looks as good as it did on the installation day. Don't hesitate to share any possible concerns with us — we'll do what it takes to make all of them go away. And if working with us left you satisfied, this will be a perfect time to write a review :) The whole process may take from one to several days of work depending on the scope. We're here for you to answer any questions and make our collaboration as smooth as possible. If you decide to trust us with your project, we promise to not let you down.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our families have worked together in construction for years, and we started "helping" our parents pretty early in our lives. We learned a lot on practice and basically grew up building, fixing, analyzing, and dismantling things. As we grew older, we decided to start something of our own, and wallpaper handling was a pretty obvious choice to start with, given that both of us enjoyed working with it a lot. We've been doing this for 6 years now and have had no regrets so far!
