exterior painting calculated by Sq foot @ $1.35 per Sq foot interior painting calculated by Sq ft based on surfaces selected ( walls, trim, doors and ceiling) walls only. $1.40 Sq ft walls, trim/doors $1.85 Sq ft walls, trim and ceilings $2.25 Sq ft

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

typically a phone call to get general information and to discuss project needs. We then schedule an on site estimate if the customer would like. we are able to give over the phone estimates as well with the proper information.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

all job knowledge and product specifications have been result of 24 years in the trade

started as a summer job while in high school, I enjoyed the work and stuck with it ever since

we work with homeowners, builders and real estate investment groups

all projects are unique and customers have many different personalities. I enjoy all projects equally and feel I grow a little more with each project.

ask all the questions you may have and hire a service provider that best fits the needs you have.

customers should be asking which quality of paint or protective coating is included with the estimate. should be asking for proof of insurance.
