What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Providing pricing without seeing the project can be very difficult as there are many factors that can contribute to pricing. Here at Value Painting and Flooring we try and make the entire process as easy as possible for our clients. All you need to do is contact us for a free estimate. An added benefit to that is that you'll have your estimate on the spot as our project estimator is equipped with a printer and computer inside our vehicles. If your purchasing a new home or you work long hours we can provide you with an estimate by speaking to you over the phone to find out the exact details your looking for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set up an appointment to meet with you and understand your project needs. Then within 15 to 20 minutes from meeting with you, you'll have your proposal in your hands. Once we receive your colors used for painting, will set you up with a start date. Here at Value Painting and Flooring we like to treat clients the way we like to be treated. With that in mind, we are here to prove ourselves to you, only once the job is 100% completed will we ask you for compensation for your project. No deposits what so ever. We encourage all of our clients to not pay a deposit. We also encourage all of clients to google the company name prior to making a decision. As we do have quite a few reviews on Thumbtack, however we have hundreds more on other platforms. Getting to know more about the contractor your looking to hire can be very beneficial.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

College educated with over 2 decades in the painting and flooring industry. We are licensed and insured as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Its been a passion of ours to open a company that makes people happy and feel they received the ultimate value. We united our passion for making consumers happy with our passion for painting and flooring. Thats how Value Painting and Flooring was formed.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We painted both of the Funky Buddha owners homes and they liked us so much that we became their main painting contractor to do all of their business painting. Nothing makes us happier than when we make our clients happy and they are thrilled to refer us.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Besides checking a company reviews on one platform. Do a google check on the company to see everything you can about the company. We live in a time where companies are more transparent than ever due to customer feedback. Avoid paying a deposit as much as possible. We believe that if a company is confident in the service they provide, there should be no reason to charge a deposit. Here at Value Painting and Flooring we are confident that will give you an extra ordinary experience and we back it up with our own money. Pay only once the job is 100% completed. Ask for references. Make sure the estimate you were provided is very detailed so you can rest assure that there were no misunderstandings at the end if they try and say an item was not included. Make sure the contractor you hire is licensed and insured. Avoid using companies that sub contract. Find out what exact materials they use to insure it meets your needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long would my project take to complete to insure the company can meet your time frame. Are you licensed and insured. Ask the contractor to explain to you in detail how their process is to insure it meets your needs. Once the job is completed and the walk though has been done, say you realized a few weeks later you noticed something was missed. Ask about the companies policy about coming back to fix the touch ups. We warranty our work and always stand by it. If something was missed even months after the job was done we will come back and take care of it at no extra charge.
