Introduction

I'm Anna. I have been practicing various trades most of my life and professionally for over 15. I am very attentive to detail and care about a job well done. The most important part of what I do, is bringing joy and beauty to a home and those within it. I excel in personal touches like accent painting, tile backsplash and more. Each job is a work of art. I am licensed and insured in the state of Colorado and certified by the IICRC in water remediation and microbial remediation technology.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Except tile, I charge by square foot for that, I bill hourly. I am also aware that money is tight for almost everyone, so I will negotiate as well as in some cases add a , "not to exceed" clause.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to meet in person so that I can get a better feel for what they want and need and go from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am certified by the IICRC for water restoration and microbial remediation technology.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I enjoy this kind of work because I am good at it and I hate being confined to an office. I enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done and the joy it brings to people is the best part. I love working with my hands, and in that I can help simple houses become amazing homes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with a variety of people, I tend to focus on elderly folks, and families. I happen to enjoy these groups of people a lot an feel that they get overlooked for various reasons.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I just finished a natural stone mosaic backsplash. It took a full week, ( partially because they have two little ones and there is always a little craziness to work around), but it was fun. I got very close to that family and miss them, until their next project. It felt so good to see them so happy! It also feels good when I get texts telling me that their friends and family are so impressed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would say, you can never give too many details. It is difficult to formulate a quote with minimal or vague information.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
It would be helpful for a customer to have a good idea of the scope of work that they want/need, and always details.
