What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We will go through the project in depth with you to ensure you are getting exactly what you are looking for. We are happy to break out individual elements so you can decide what is best for you depending on your budget. You'll also have the opportunity to take advantage of specific discounts depending on your situation. All of our work is 100% guaranteed and warrantied for up to 5 years.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When you set up an estimate with us, we will come to your home or project, spend time getting to know you and your needs, take thorough measurements, and then provide you with multiple options to choose from. After you decide to book with us, we will keep you updated weekly, then daily leading up to your project. Once we begin, we will do an initial walkthrough to make sure we are all on the same page, send you daily updates, and a final walkthrough to be sure you are happy with the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Everyone on our team has at least 5 years of experience in the painting industry. Our leadership team also brings similar experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and production management. When you choose Exemplary Painting, you are getting a team of professionals that have the skills to meet your needs and truly cares about your project as much as you do.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Bruce's background is in commercial renovations, overseeing projects for Build-a-Bear Workshops, The Art Institutes of America, Lyfe Kitchen, and more. Matt owned a painting company in Vail for 5 years before moving down to Denver. Both have experience with a paintbrush and more importantly, customer service and project management.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers! From renters and homeowners to business owners and contractors. We can help you get what you want out of your project, and if for some reason, we are not a good fit, we will let you know that right away.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Unfortunately, the Camp Fire in California took many people's homes. We were recently able to help a family who was forced to relocate to Colorado repaint their new home here. While we are sure they are devastated to lose their old home, we hope they enjoy their new home here!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be wary of the fly by night type of painters out there! They are always going to be able to underbid a quality, reputable company, but they will regularly bail on your project halfway through or not even show up to begin with. We get about 5 calls a week from customers who have hired these companies and are left with a mess in the middle of their project and nobody to help!

When do you want to get your project completed? What is most important to you in the company you choose to do the work? What elements are you looking to have painted? If you are working with multiple different trades, what is the order they will be completed in? What questions do you have for us?
