What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It is important to know that for a typical two story home in Colorado can vary greatly in price. Depending on the materials being used, the amount of prep work required, and complexity of the job the quote could be as low as $2000-$2500, or as high as $6000-$8000. This is why we do a detailed written estimate, to confirm you are getting exactly what you want, and we can provide multiple options you can compare side by side.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our typical process is to come out to your home to give you an estimate. The estimate consists of sitting down with you to get to know exactly what you're looking for, walking around the home to look at the problem areas, then measuring off the home and getting you the actual estimate itself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are experts in residential exterior and interior painting. Most of the homes we paint are 7-20 years old, getting their 2nd or 3rd paint job. Common problems on the house are peeling paint on trim boards, door trim, window trim, garage trim, fading paint on the south or sunny sides of the house, and cracking joints where boards meet. These are all common problems in Colorado and can be fixed. If they are not fixed, however, they can lead to expensive carpentry problems.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Trust yourself. Hire the company that you are most comfortable with. Hire a company that has a great online reputation and make sure everything is in a written agreement.
