Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I'm the youngest out of 2 other siblings. I'm married with two little mosters under 4. I love being a father and love showing my kids what a true work ethic looks like.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Ask a lot of questions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
All of my experience or training has been from actually doing the projects. I don't do things I don't know what I'm doing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I've always been a handyman. My uncle taught me painting/landscaping while my father was a carpenter and taught me how to patch walls/mounting and much more...

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with multiple types of individuals. I have clients that are business owners and I have clients that are single mothers or I have clients that are just starting a business and clients that are just starting families.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I'm actually fond of most of my projects due to having great clients. Some of my most favorite projects have been a few accent walls.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
There is no one way to hire a professional. I would just say ask a lot of questions. I usually ask at the end if a conversation is "is there anything I may not have asked that you believe I should ask or didn't bring up?". I find quite often is I've given them the ability to truly help me if I missed anything.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Find websites that have pricing for the projects your looking to complete so when you contact a professional, you'll see if they are in the high end or on the low end.
