What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality painting experience in the industry, from customer service to final results! Our pricing usually comes back in the middle, we're not the cheapest, nor are we the most expensive, we do high quality work for a fair price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We enjoy working with new clients, we take our time to explain the painting process, weather it be interior or exterior, provide a detailed written quote, and answer any questions our potential client may have!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a licensed C-33 Painting Contractor. All of our painters have 5+ years of experience, and many have much more than that! We continually provide updated training with industry best practices for efficiency and safety.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As the owner of the business, I have a corporate/executive background. After years of having contractors/plumbers/electricians in my home that didn't show up on time, and in general provide poor customer service, I knew this industry needed someone that could provide the service levels high end customer come to expect!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have had the pleasure of working with everyone, from NBA players and CEOs of major corporations, to the condo owner looking to have their kids room painted, we do it all! More than 50% of our business come from referrals as we pride ourselves in providing the highest level of service to our clients!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We were recently tasked with painting a condo in the prestigious Sierra Towers building in Beverly Hills. A large office room was solid wood from floor to ceiling, we needed to use Shellac Primer to block out any tannin bleed, and apply two coats of Dunn Edwards Aristoshield Urethane paint with an airless sprayer to completly transform this room! What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When interviewing painting contractors, these are just a few things to make sure you ask: 1) To get a detailed/professional estimate of the work to be performed 2) What Brand/Type of paint will be used (quality varies greatly) 3) Number of coats of paint 4) What type of prep work is included 5) Do you warranty your work 6) To see license and insurance 7) How experienced is your crew 8) To see nearby homes painted
