What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are very competitively priced. We are focus on great workmanship and great customer service. You will have the same crew daily at your project. We will thrive to get your goals done and on time!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide free on site estimate. We email detailed scope of work and price breakdown. As soon as the estimate is approved we will email you a contract to E-sign. We will schedule your project start date and will answer any questions you might have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed bonded and insured contractors. Our crews are skilled veteran builders with many years of experience. Our teams passes the most current safety and professional training available. Our team members are English speaker and some are eve bi/tri-lengual.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was attracted to construction my entire life and when married a builder and woeking with him on the filed I decided to take it step forward and get my own license and with years of experience I became an expert at what I do. You dream it and I will build it for you!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We worked with any types of clients. From Hollywood famous actors and singers to blue collar home owners and developers. We respect everyone and treat any project small to huge with the highest respect and attention to details. For us, every client is a VIP.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Was doing a full home renovation to a repeat client that became a friend with the years, transformed her duplex so nicely that just from watching the project videos and pictures, her mom decided to move from Miami and come live in it close to her daughter! Made me very happy and proud!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask any questions you might have. Make sure that the timing u been promised is realistic. Be open minded for ideas from professionals.
