Our company is a family owned company, started in 2006 by Thiago and and his father Flavio. We are professional painters that love what we do. It's satisfying to work doing something that you love. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is very competitive, we work with prices that are fair. We do everything to meet our clients budget, without impacting the quality of the work that we provide.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We make things very easy to welcome new customers. After our initial consultation, if the customer decides to move forward with our company, we discuss and take care of all the details needed to have the job going. Our understanding is that all customers like things as hassle free as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Aside from the experience of being in the construction field for many years, we also have training to work with different types of paints/products to provide the work in a safely manner.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this work with my father when I was very young. With the desire of working together and having a family business, we decided to have our own company, knowing that we would provide quality work while at the same time doing something that we really enjoy.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with all types of customers, from homeowners that need help with their home painted, to commercial projects. We work with realtors that need help painting a house and have it ready for sale/rent. We work with stagers and designers to assist them with their needs. We also work with other general contractors that need assistance on their projects. We are happy to assist anyone that needs our help.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We work with all kinds of projects, big or small, residencial, commercial, interior or exterior. We have done projects that would only take a day to projects that take months to complete. The most important thing for us is seeing our clients happy with the work that we do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are a lot of different companies to choose from, but the key is to find out as much information as possible. After checking for the company reputation, it’s also a good idea to meet in person with someone responsible for the company, that way you’ll know the person that you’ll be dealing with during your project. Price is important, but it’s not the most important thing when hiring a professional. Be skeptical about prices that are too good to be true, but as importantly, just because a professional charged a higher price, it doesn’t mean that they are the best at what they do.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

First thing that a customer should think about is the end result. How they want their project to look like at the end, the quality of the work that they expect! Customers need peace of mind, hiring a reputable company that will attend to their needs.
