Our pricing is dependent on the difficulty of the job. We also believe in "what you pay is what you get". My team ensures keeping proper communication with out clients as well as hitting timeline deadlines and doing the work up to code.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Keep in mind that lower prices do not always mean better. Often times customers who are new to construction way a lot of their final decision on price. Completely understand that everyone has a budget, however grinding the price down lower and lower can also lead to your project collapsing. You can get stuck with bad labor/improper construction. Then you'll have to spend twice the amount to hire an expert to fix the issue caused by the previous pro. You can also get stuck with unlicensed labor who can leave your home a mess.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The easiest way to get through construction projects is to be 100% decisive on what you want. Avoiding change orders helps customers stay within their budget. My best advice is to have everything: design, materials, etc... figured out prior to reaching out to a contractor. You can also reach out and have a contractor help you with those things/tell you whats realistic within your budget or unrealistic. So long as your 100% decided before construction begins.
