What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Most of the time I personally look at the job, then email them back with a quote. I will send a message to their phone at the time I send the quote.

Union apprentice training , When In the Union was trained on proper procedures for lead removal/abatement

I do a lot of work for a few Decorators I have met during the last 25 years
