I’m a Bay Area street and multimedia artist with two decades of experience muraling walls (interior and exterior), painting canvas, and creating graphic art. I’ve created beer labels (finalist for PBR), Henhouse Brewing, and Shady Oak. I’ve made poster art for the Growlers and merch for Tuneyards. I’ve created promotional graphics for the feature film Sorry To Bother You. As well as commercial graphics for Sonic Internet. I specialize in my distinctive and unique style and am available to help nurture your vision into a tangible reality within the parameters of my bright and funky style. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge 50% of the budget upfront to get me started.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Have a dialog about the clients vision. Nurture a vision of there is just an idea. Agree on a price. Sign a contract. 50% of job paid to secure the work and get me started. Do the job. Have a back and forth dialog while completing the work. Invoice final payment. Voila!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Both of my parents are artists so I grew up “studying” by proximity. I also have 3 associate degrees and countless years painting in the streets.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A studio practice where I started painting large scale on canvas, and a long affinity for graffiti, led to me becoming a mural painter and a full time artist

I’ve worked with brands, hotels, musicians, non profits, Individuals, and even cities!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I’m really excited about a recent project I did for Oakland’s new Moxy Hotel. I painted over 20 sheer scrims (some were over 10 feet tall) that appear in the main lobby and bar of the hotel.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find what speaks to you, and then proceed! Most artists have a style and a flare about their work - if you vibe with it, reach out to them!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure you have the appropriate budget before you reach out. Have an idea of what you want to accomplish. Have a deadline.
