Introduction

I've worked with a World renowned California-based Muralist and Decorative Artist since 2003. Independently, I create compelling Murals & Wall/Ceiling Graphics. I also offer Decorative Interior painting & Standard/Regular painting. See my profile below for Reviews and Project samples. Daily Rate (8 hours) for Regular Interior Painting: $350. per day; $45. per hour. *Paint costs will be billed to the client. I do minor hole patching, but do not offer drywall work or major wall/trim repair. Daily Rate (8 hours) for Decorative Interior Painting: $475. per day; 60. per hour. **I leave your space as Clean as possible, at the end of the day and project. I also have a knack for organizing, and can transform most any closet, drawer or cabinet into a space where you can easily find what you need. Starting this task with the client present works best, and my aim is for you to enjoy the results, and save time as you move through your day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My current rate is $45. per hour for organizing, $45. for regular painting and $65. for decorative painting, with a 4 hour minimum. Rates can be flexible for longer projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If a customers is new to organizing help, we'll start with a small area, then move to larger areas that they're not comfortable managing themselves. Having trash bags, bins and/or boxes to transport items is also helpful. Clients may want to help with getting the process started, and if they prefer, I'm happy take it from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Working or living in a disorganized space can be quite challenging. As a trained artist, I've experienced how much easier it is to create (think/live) in an organized environment. Creativity thrives in a balance of discipline, and a well organized work or living space allows energy to flow more easily. The same principle applies to any occupation, and to everyday life. Having worked in the clothing industry, I can also help clients choose clothes that are well suited for them. This skill greatly assists with editing any wardrobe. Getting dressed is easier and more fun when all of your clothing looks great and feels good on you!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Friends noticed how I kept my space organized, and began requesting my help.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My favorite project so far was the Art Deco ceiling in Los Feliz for Anna Marie Tendler, John Mulaney's former wife. She is deeply creative, and working with her was fun & rewarding. Soon after showing me her idea, she approved the digital rendering I presented. Happy with the result, they hired me for 2 more painting projects in their home, then referred me to Natasha Leggero, who also wanted a ceiling mural. Although both projects were challenging, working with clients who know what they want is always a pleasure! In May 2022, I worked with a painting team on a striae project in Oahu, Hawaii for a high level politician. Though the timing was tight, we made the deadline, much to the designer's & client's delight.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If clients have realistic goals in mind, and communicate them before starting, the process will go smoothly.
