What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We like to price where win win situations occur. We use the best products in the market which most clients prefer us to use. But sometimes the budget is tight right. Therefore, we do your best to negotiate other options with our clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. First what we say is thank you for your business. 2. We like to introduce ourselves 3. Exchange information to properly quote our clients asap. 4. Schedule our clients asap. 5. Offer good quality work. Trust is the most important goal with any of our clients. This brings us to the foundation of any success in communication and new business relationships.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

1. Humility is key to open mind. 2. We use our experiences though the years as one. 3. We constantly frequent with representatives and paint venders to gather industry recommendations with current products. 4. My clients, we ultimately serve our clients they are the leading input on all fronts of our trade.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I give my Father credit for taking me to his job sites. As a teenager through high school and summer vacations, I learned the cost to work for a dollar. I saw it wasn't easy by no means, but it felt good to be paid! Soon after that I studied HVAC/R and several courses through Smud and PG&E building science courses, community college and then became a General B Contractor.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with various clients who have high expectations, demanding scopes, and even those who challenge my work. I just try to find the common ground to work with the client and get it done right.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

1. Every project is important and is a true test of all our abilities. 2. I am just fond that we can take each job and deliver the results that are expected of my clients. 3. We take the time necessary to complete the jobs, not to hurry nor to over do it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

This would be my questionnaire for my project. 1. Gather various opinions. 2. What the quality of materials used? Standard or the Best? 3. What warranties they offer? 4. Can they repair dry rot or other issues and paint too? Or hire various people? Why?, if I only really need one person who can do it all.
