What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer competitive pricing across the board - this means, working within clients' budgets *and* no surcharge for businesses or residents in specific area codes. We typically offer neighborhood and returning client discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We schedule estimates as soon as the client is available, typically the day of or next day after initial inquiry. We then take measurements and/or assess the work that needs to be done, and verbally come to an agreement on price estimate. After, we provide an invoice that details our verbal agreements on scope of work, timeline, price, etc., and start as soon as the client is ready for us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Japhet Perez Estrada, Owner of Japhet's Painting Company LLC owns a C-33 CSLB license in the state of California. He is also a graduate of Columbia University in the City of New York, having specialized in Sociology, is a combat veteran's advocate, and has worked as a government contractor. Fran Perez Estrada, Creative/Marketing Director and wife of Japhet, is also a graduate of Columbia University. She majored in Political Science and Education, and has worked in higher education and nonprofit institutions. She has extensive experience in marketing and design, which is the basis of her role at JPC.

Japhet's Painting Company is, at its core, a father-son team that began over 30 years ago. From humble beginnings in Barrio Logan to an expansion into La Jolla, JPC is a company rebrand of hard work and fine-tuned experience culminated over three decades.
