What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are non-for-profit respective wounded warriors so we give tax paperwork that gives you a benefit to be able to write off a percentage of what our jobs cost on your taxes so you get a big tax break at the end of the year when you use this because we’re not for profit

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We sit down and can go over details of what they’re looking to do and what’s important to them the most and then we focus on those things and some names. We even add things that just need to be done just to make the customer happy knowing that I’ll come back to his tenfold through the referrals that is just a way of doing business.

Years of experience in training of all kinds

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A good friend of mine is been a pain for a long time and we decided that we would do this because our veterans that we want to give back to wind warrior project and no better way to do that then painting, painting changes people‘s lives and whether you pick a paintbrush or not, every paint stroke, makes a difference in a veterans life today

What types of customers have you worked with?

We strictly focus on homeowners non-commercial businesses we enjoy making homes and changing the small things we can do in peoples lives are in their homes, making color bring a new life to their house just simple color plus to use Sherman Williams paint, which is the best paint in the country And our pricing is so expensive that you wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else. If Sherman Williams paint cost $70 a gallon you’re only getting paying 30 through us.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Project that we are most fond of was a home of a veteran mother of four that had not had to have her house painted in over 10 years and it was an older home. We went in and out, only just painted, but we redid sheet rocks in the trim, even and brought in some help with interior design designer to bring in curtains and coverings and window coverings to make a difference, and that was all included in the project

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for reliability and consistency, and make sure that someone’s gonna guarantee their work because some people are not extremely happy. They’re just too afraid to say it we make sure no matter what you’re happy when we leave.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If they guarantee their work, we guarantee our work, no matter what even if we have to repaint, we guarantee you’ll be happy when we’re done. That is a promise to our customers that we make.
