We ask for a $50 deposit and it’s deducted from your price fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always like to meet our customers in person. To meet them and know them a little and simply know what they are looking for in our service. We like to discuss how we clean, what’s included in our cleaning, and what we use and ask if that’s okay to use in they’re home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We both have our High school diplomas from 1996. And the only training my wife had of cleaning cane from her mom! Her mom is a very clean person, always had her house squeaky cleaned! My wife learned from her and I learned from my wife. There really is no training to become a professional cleaner, you learn as you work each day. Each day you learn something new. New techniques, new cleaning solutions, and new cleaning products. 15 yrs of cleaning experience is enough training for us I think! 😄👍

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We both started back in 2009 working for a House cleaning / Carpet cleaning small business company here in Maricopa for a couple of months until the company decided to move state. By then we both learned to love the cleaning business. My wife Claudia was a Medical assistant for 11yrs and left that career to start our own business. And here we are still working hard together and going strong. We love and respect our business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have all kinds of customers. Young, middle age, people with good attitude and some people with bad too. People that are dog lovers and people that are not. People with large families and we always work around it, and single family as well. People that are very picky with cleaning. Basically all kinds. ☺️

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our fond projects are challenges. We like house cleaning projects that are challenging, we sometimes get houses without water, or electricity, no A/C or just simply very dirty and we always find a way how to clean it and satisfy the client. We are very fond of that! 😊✊🏽✊🏽

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To look for a provider that has lots of experience in that line of work. Good customer service and very trustworthy. To take the time to meet the customer in person and walk through the cleaning service needs in detail. And of course good pricing! 👍

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Flexibility, if they are licensed or insured. How long of experience, prices, what type of products they use. What does a standard cleaning include? What does a deep cleaning include? What other services do you do? Do you work with pets?
