What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is typically based on an hourly rate for work, plus paint and supplies, plus any equipment that may need to be rented to complete the job. This is all included in the project estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will meet to discuss your idea for the project and come up with a conceptual drawing. If we agree to work together, I will refine the concept for approval and provide an estimate. A 50% deposit is due prior to starting the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 20 years of experience in Marketing... but I've been an artist much longer.
