For Air Duct Cleaning pricing, we use flat rate pricing - so there's no hidden fees. We base it on the square footage of your home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A free consultation is the first step, to determine your needs. From there, we work with you on a recommended solution and associated costs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our HVAC technicians & Indoor Air Quality Specialists receive weekly training from industry professionals including manufacturers. Our teams have several certifications including NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association), NATE, EPA Refrigerant Certification, ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractor Association).

Be cautious of Air Duct Cleaning that pricing that includes limited vents ie. up to 10 vents. The "additional fees per vent" may end up being very expensive. Go with a flat rate price. For AC & Furnace, research the guarantees included in your estimate.
