Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer a few promotions that are very relevant to times we are in with COVID-19. Our current promotions can be found on our main page in our website. We also offer a 10% senior and military discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We would normally schedule the customer either for a free inspection and estimate when it is regarding any home improvement project, or schedule for our current Air Duct Cleaning promotion for $99 for houses up to 2,000sqf.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have over 11 years of experience in the industry. My experience involved working as a tech myself, and running a company with 20 technicians and over 15 office employees. The experience is in air duct cleaning and furnace cleaning, including ducts or furnace replacement, any attic or crawlspace work ( such as insulation or vapor barrier ), and also remodeling.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was an immigrant that came to United States in 2009, and worked in an HVAC company in Seattle, and have been working in the industry since then.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with every type of customer, from residential to commercial, big factories or schools, nursing homes, and medical offices.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
My most recent project is still in the process and should be done soon, it is a full renovation ( down to the studs almost ) on a 1600 sqf home in Vancouver. The house was built in 1979 and after almost 2.5 months, it should soon be complete. The results are expected to be amazing!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Hire a provider that is willing to help you and guide you over the phone ( or over text or email ). Customers like to know what they are getting themselves into when calling a contractor for an in-home service, and also many issues can be solved by the customer with a bit of guidance.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Make sure the contractor is licensed, insured, and bonded. If in search of a specific service ( for example, lets say air duct cleaning ), ask what type of equipment is being used and how does the process work.
