Initial Contact: Collect basic details from the customer. Pre-Consultation: Schedule and prepare for an on-site visit. On-Site Assessment: Inspect the property, discuss needs, and explore options. Proposal and Quote: Create and review a detailed proposal with costs. Agreement and Scheduling: Finalize the contract and schedule the work. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We successfully installed air conditioning in a church that had been without A/C since its construction in 1960. The project was completed in 3 days, resulting in a significantly improved and comfortable environment for the congregation.
