What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified through the EPA to safely handle all types of refrigerant and are licensed through the City of Seattle as a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic. Our trade background is commercial and residential retrofit, new construction, service, and installation. We've attended numerous manufacturer-sponsored courses in commercial and residential HVAC systems, and I’ve taught many aspects of the HVAC trade to new and seasoned techs alike.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a family-owned business who got started with the primary goal of providing solutions that not only ensure the comfort of our customers but also promote healthier indoor air quality. We've witnessed firsthand the difference a well-maintained HVAC system can make in terms of energy efficiency, cost savings, and the overall well-being of those living or working in a space. We've worked with many homeowners from all types of background, age, ethnicity, and profession. We've also worked with Foremen, General Contractors, Inspectors, Engineers, Architects, and members of every other construction trade.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The opportunity to assist people in their comfort is one of the best facets of this industry. Often, the work goes beyond comfort and ensures homes and people do not suffer from the effects of abnormally high or low temperatures. To have this ability and apply it with integrity, transparency, and unmatched value is a source of great personal pride. I strive to complete every job with these qualities.
