Diagnostic fee , maintenance fee , is there any discount for the new customer ?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We asking them about the type of system they have and make the schedule to come out and check what they need. And for the new customers we give them a $25 discount for first call.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started by ordering the unit for the customer after we measured the size they needed and make the schedule to install it .

What types of customers have you worked with?

Some customers the want the project to be done soon so in that case we try to make the schedule for them as soon as possible and the others they have enough time to wait and make the appointment with our availability and we give the priority to the seniors and if someone have a baby to fix them system is soon as we can.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our recent project was installing a new mini split with 4 heads.

Make sure to give the pro all the details about your project to let them know how to make your project in a better way.
