Considering all angles and customer's concern. I design my recommendations to meet your needs. with my long experience in the field, I'm able to provide you with accurate quote and estimated time of completion. I keep my price very competitive all year long and I don't take advantage of people. I give everyone a fair price to earn their referrals. I always lead my guys on the job to make sure I'm available for any question or concern throughout the process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 11 years experience in the field. installation and service. I attended most available classes provided by manufacturers such as Trane, Lennox, York, Honeywell, Goodman, Rheem etc. etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

it was the first job available for me after graduating high school, I fell in love with how rewarding it is and meeting new people everyday. Also love being able to help people and keeping it comfortable in their home as I am in mine.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I specialize on residential and light commercial so I work with builders, home owners, business owners and tenants. Every project is different and every person is different, not always pleasant but my attitude and commitment to providing great service never change.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently upgraded both 1st and 2nd floor system for Mr. Sexton, a return customer who owns rental properties. He was a bit concern about how reasonable my quote was on our first project together because he said he was worried that with that price, I would not be able to provide him the quality he was looking for. But all that changed when we finished the installation on his rental and that's how we earned all his future businesses especially the most important one, his home. It took us 2 days to complete the project and there would be more to come according to him.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have the best solution and don't be afraid to ask questions until you understand what benefits you are getting with your investment.
