First and foremost establishing communication from the beginning. Answering any questions or concerns related to the trade. Scheduling appointments in a timely manner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Associates Degree, Master HVAC license, Contractor license, EPA certified, NATE certified, and Gas Ward Flex certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went to community college for my apprenticeship in HVAC graduating with an Associates Degree, Career Studies Certificate, and a Career Certificate.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We were recently hired by general contractor to replace a full heat pump system in a limited space crawlspace. We made a difficult task look easy as we took our time and were precise with the install. Took two days because there were other contractors on site during the install and no electricity was available till the the second day we were there.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Give me a chance and you won’t regret it. It’s difficult finding a reliable, honest and thorough contractor now a days.
