I’m offering currently a 249.00 maintenance contract for a home that has up to 3 systems and a small addition amount for any extra system over 3. I’m offering a 29.00 diagnostic fee and system check fee. Free replacement estimates Military, Teachers, Nurses/Doctors, and Senior citizens get 10% off all hvac repairs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

EARN there business, provide honesty, and the best overall customer experience in the trade. I want to establish a long term relationship with all my clients

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a masters license in heating and air conditioning I have all my nate certifications along with a CFC in refrigeration. 15 years experience in residential hvac and light commercial I’ve gone to the best trade schools in refrigeration, advanced diagnostics, and oil school.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Graduated high school and went to a few trade schools and climbed my way up the ladder to a senior technician working at a local bigger company.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Starting my own business after working for a huge company being a senior technician. This was a goal I’ve always wanted to achieve and that was to learn a good trade and start my own business and provide honesty and good service to all my clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Give the smaller companies a try, the bigger companies have higher over head and charge a lot more. The value is found with smaller companies that still can provide excellent service and good quality work at a much better value.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure you do your research. Who to hire to perform the project bc that’s who your calling when something goes wrong long term.
