Introduction

I have been in the HVAC industry since 1997. I have worked every aspect of the trade from ductwork to complex systems. I started a business to help the community get the best service for their money. I am a licensed master in Virginia. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer a 15% discount on repairs with a membership. I waive diagnostics or apply the fee to the repair. I don’t charge overtime fees for nights,weekends or holidays.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to explain everything that I am doing and why. I enjoy educating clients on the equipment they have and how to take care if it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a HVAC masters license and 28 years of install,maintenance and service experience. Ihave taken multiple factory trainings with most Hvac systems and can work on anything.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in 1997 right out of high school

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of clients and have gained a lot of trust with elderly clients who have been wronged in the past. I enjoy showing people great service still exists!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just finished a 2 systems 18 seer hybrid upgrade with some ductwork modifications that took approximately 3 days to complete
