What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Price is according to the problems. We don't buy online, because they don't have warranties by the manufacturer. We charge by the job not by an hourly rate. Service calls are charged if there are repairs, installs are FREE. That's when the customer needs to replace the system. We offer a senior discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We need to have a business relationship, all work done will be explained to the fullest. All work has to be done with a contract. Follow up calls are most important. Warranty charged if the labor warranty is up, but mechanical warranty is not.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

LINCOLN TECH, crafts masters, pneumatic system, contols pneumatic, electrical engineering training, electrical controls, carrier, train, plumbing, BOILER president, Commercial chillers, COOLING towers, gly-coil system for computer rooms , pumps commercial bldg, resident boiles plumbing, air compressors for pneumatic systems.etc...

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After high school, started full time work at Giant food as a bag boy, cash , porter. Graduated from tech school, worked for many companies before going in the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types, I have contracts with 5 churches, LINCOLN TEMPLE, John Westly, Hughes memorial, East capital Baptist church. and MANY others. embassy, police department, fire departments, so many others....

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Installing commercial chillers 60 ton with COOLING tower.computer room a/c(glay coil system) exhust system down WATER plant,Washington D.C.. installing two 60 ton COMPRESSOR stuid towers.walk in boxes at repair on 200 hp pumps,.rebuilding 10 inches- 20 inche valves (commercial bldg valves). stores and Landry mat exhaust system INSTALL NEW BOILER piping, GAS line. bathroom installing. remodeling bathroom, kitchens and etc....

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To always check start of work, middle and start up ask questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

family,. fathers business as always,.carpenter, plumbing and brick mason. he personally train me his trademark. I begin at Lincoln tech, Work for many well known companies, such as, ANA,General heating, A-plus,Grady Management, Bilman commercial, Commercial Air.IRS and sub contact for GSA.Well know in refrgeration walk in boxs,coolers,loww yemp and ice machines. etc...
