What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer a 5% referral or repeat business discount. If a customer chooses to repair an older unit, and it fails within 6 months I will discount the replacement or further repair.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We respond as quickly as possible, most work we prefer to visit the work site or home, get specific details especially if any equipment needs to be replaced or added. We offer extremely competitive pricing with 5 star service. From budget options to Lifetime Warranty top of the line Products, we find what is the best fit for the customer and typically complete work in 1 day.

EPA certification, Rocky Mountain Gas / Dominoin certification.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask as many questions as possible. How many years experience does the installer have? What types of warranties are available from Manufacturer & or Company? Are there recent reviews or referrals I can review?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the technician who’s quoting the work actually going to complete the project? Is the installer going to be held to promises made by the serviceman or salesperson that initially made the bid. How much experience does the installer have, most systems and longevity boil down to how well they have been installed.
