Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our Pricing is not the cheapest, we like to be in the middle of the market value, because we offer quality service with a guarantee, we don't cut corners and or do fast cheap and easy, because that is the outcome one will get if they go that route. Not with us. and with us you are not a number or paying for fancy lettered trucks or vans. With us you get what you pay for. We do not substitute quality. At the Same time, we offer discounts for new customers, elderly and military. Ask for them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We ask many questions, the service history, and their contact information, and if you have any pets to put them in places where they are not going to runaway if they get out, or be bothered. We also ask for directions of where to park if needed or entrance information. We ask what type of services they are in need of, and give them their best options as professionals, so they can make the choice themselves.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
In 1994 I completed Hvac Technology School in Las Vegas, Nevada, the true testing grounds for Air Conditioning. Including Refrigeration. Since then, I was part of the Original Day and Night Inc that was voted number one service company my first year out in the field of Hvac Service, as a Hvac Service Tech. Since then, I have worked for Hotels and Casinos, as an Hvac and Refrigeration Tech, and Supervisor, and Service Manager for a few Hvac Companies as well, I worked for Exclusive Restaurants in Vegas for voted number one and for the Re Opening of Restaurants that failed their inspections as a Consultant and Refrigeration and Hvac Tech. I have helped Casinos and Hotels with the design consulting of their Restaurants and Hvac., Including remodeling and Construction Project Management, also in Hvac Controls with Carrier Comfort Networks, and Trane Tracer Summit energy management systems , or building automated systems. and a few other control systems. as adminstrator and troubleshooter, I have written articles for national refrigeration ACHR News in the Hvacr Industry, and have helped in many Companies grow their service. I have Worked in the War Theater in Iraq, and In Afghanistan, providing support for our Troops. I have worked for Local 88, as a Refrigeration Supervisor bachelors degree level of work credit history in the Hvac trade, also, as a hvac commissioning tech, for the Local 230 UA. I have worked for the SLC Union as well as an Commercial Hvac Tech before. I have also worked for local Hvac Companies that were residential sheet metal heat and cooling companies. I have went to many courses and seminars as well in this industry, from Hvac, to Ice Machines, to also teaching others and mentoring them and providing support. I stay open to learning all the time due to the constant innovation and equipment technology changing with the times.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
In Las Vegas as an Hvac Tech Residential, one season there, is equivalent to 3 seasons elsewhere, due to the high volume of service calls, and the ability to reach them back then.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Residential, for heating and cooling, and Commercial in Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning and Heating in Commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently installed an large over sized exhaust motor for a Restaurant hood system in Salt Lake City, Something we usually dont do, but the customer asked us to help and we helped him order the correct one, and did this during the snow storm, it took 3 hours... remove the old one and replace the new one, it was very cold and conditions were extreme. It worked out great. Customer Satisfaction. due to our mechanical ability and aptitude.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Dont look for cheap, fast and easy, or a larger company, look for someone in the middle of all of that and that is a smaller company like myself, because they pride themselves on their company name and their workmanship. They make their work a priority and do their very best to make customers long term, not just a number or to pay for those fleet of trucks with fancy paint jobs and vehicle wraps. keep it simple is our motto.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What are the Costs of an economy unit, and a high efficiency unit, and the life expectancy of that equipment. what kind of manufacture guarantee does it come with. What to expect from Unit Replacement, and is there a flat rate available or cash discount or military or elderly or new customer discount available, or even a free estimate for new equipment replacement or a free second estimate available? How can we save you money, and yes our equipment cuts down the utility bill, even with the newer equipment technology keeps getting better. We are the Higher Standard of Service and quality when it comes to reliability and comfort. Help us help you.
