What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are proud to offer discounts for military (Active/Retired), First responders, teachers, senior citizens, and church parishioners.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we are contacted, we will gather some basic information from you, and book your service with us. Our customers receive communication, from the very beginning, including appointment times, on my way texts, and job completion invoices as well as technician surveys.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Apollo Air’s technicians are all masters of their craft. That means, we go a step further with our hiring process and only employ NATE certified technicians and installers. Each one of our professionals have been trained, and certified at the highest level of their profession, and are proud to be apart of the top 5% in the nation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owners of Apollo air have over 2 decades of combined experience providing hvac solutions to the San Antonio area. We are multi generational tradesmen, and know what it takes to offer “out of this world service”.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are proud to be the company that gets referred to your family and friends. Word of mouth customers is our foundation. That means we hold our reputation to the highest standard, and work with the people in our community that we see every day. Our customers are our teachers, first responders, military, fellow parishioners, and friends & family.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently renovated the entire hvac system for a customer of ours in Kirby. There was water damage from a leaking combustion removal system, and sweating ducts. This caused the sheetrock to collapse, and mold to grow. We replaced everything, including rebuilding the mechanical closet, and replacing all the sheetrock. This was done at an affordable cost, with "peace of mind" warranties, and provided this family with a breathe of fresh air again.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When it comes to hiring a hvac professional, we always recommend choosing someone who cares about your family, and has a solution that will improve the health & safety of your home, and the quality & reliability of your system. Here at Apollo Air that is our focus each time we're hired. This means picking someone who is going to stick around and hold themselves accountable for you.

Before talking to a professional we recommend mapping out whats important to you. A few things to consider is cost (basic vs premium), extended warranties, health and safety improvements, a premium service company vs fly by night companies, efficiency, and local utility rebates.
