My pricing is fair and honest. I want to give you the best options for your needs. Not sell you something you don't need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My first step is to listen to the customer! find out what their need and issue is with their hvac system. from there I provide an honest approach to figuring out the best solution.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

HVAC Technical College here in San Antonio TX, over 10 Years experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I left the Marine Corps, I decided to come back home to San Antonio. I then went to trade school to be an HVAC technician.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and commercial customers. Everyone and anyone

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Customer went through multiple contractors over the span of 2 years. No one fixed their AC correctly. I Called to follow up, and he said it's the first time they feel like the Air Conditioning system actually works!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire a repairman not a salesman. The need to give options and not pressure you into their options...

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

what's going wrong with their unit? is it blowing air at all? Is this a gas or electric system? Will someone over 18 be home?
