Our tune-ups include: Warm Season: Check filters, compressor performance, Freon charge, all safety controls, test crank case heaters, operating pressures, inspect and clean condensing coil, evaporator drain pan, condensate drain pan, blower and clean if necessary, lubricate all necessary parts. Cool season: Check filters and gas valve. Operation of safety controls, sequencer, heating elements. Operation of heat exchanger. Clean blower and interior of manifold compartment. Check pilot and burners. Test for gas leaks. Check and clean humidifier. Check heat pump reversing valve and defrost cycle.

Our typical process is: •We are contacted by a customer for service. •A fast convenient appointment is scheduled. •We arrives at your location. •We will preform a complete a system check. All issues found will be reported to you along with the repair pricing and discounts available. *HVAC customers repairs will be completed once the pricing estimate is accepted. *Appliance customers will need to pay for parts prior to ordering. All parts will be delivered to the customer address. Once parts have arrived the customer should call and set a installation appointment. •Once repairs are completed you will make payment for services preformed.

We are licensed air conditioning company in the state of Texas. All our technicians and subcontractor are licensed in the state also.
