Introduction

Family owned and operated business that's been repairing and installing heating & air conditioning equipment, ventilation systems, and indoor air quality units for over 25 years. I can repair or replace your motors, controls, air quality products, ventilation systems, duct work, and anything else you're having trouble with. If you just need it repaired because of financial constraints or need a new piece of equipment installed, you won't see an unmarked third-party subcontractor arriving at your home. I do all the repairs and installations! I put a 5-year parts and labor warranty on any repair so you can be confident in your decision to hire me. Aire Serv of Round Rock!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of my neighbors called when he saw my work van out front. Another local company he had maintaining his system for many years had just diagnosed he needed to replace his entire heat pump system. They said it had a refrigerant leak, bad compressor, and the evaporator coil in the attic was plugged. His estimate was approx. $7900 I saw his refrigerant pressures were typical of a stuck thermal expansion valve (a TEV modulates flow of refrigerant on your indoor coil). I recovered all the refrigerant for the system and brazed in a new TEV and evacuated the system to under 500 microns. Once I had achieved so a low vacuum I turned off the vacuum pump and witnessed that it was holding the 500 microns letting us know his system was 100% tight with no leaks. I recharged his system with refrigerant and after cycling it for a while we gave it a clean bill of health. Total cost: $963 He'll probably get another 10+ years out of that system.
