What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We complete ~10,000 residential jobs a year. Because we focus almost exclusively on residential electrical, HVAC and plumbing work we are able to quote most everyone directly over the phone with a few questions. This efficiency along with no sales commissions are the primary things that allow us to have the best value in the industry.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process isn't much different than an existing customer other than the fact we collect more information that we don't already have stored such as address, e-mail address, phone number, name, etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed and insured electrical, HVAC and plumbing contractors. Our licensure can be looked up on the TDLR website for both trades. We also hold various certifications including: NATE certifications (we have twice as many NATE certified HVAC technicians as our second closest competitor in our region) AHRI members with Energy Star Accreditation (Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute) Tyco Copalum certified contractor

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our founders have been in construction in some capacity for decades. Our principle leadership staff includes an electrical engineer, 2 master electricians, Class A HVAC master, and 2 master plumbers. These varied backgrounds have benefitted us in manifold ways as there is no residential job which we aren't highly qualified to tackle.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Everyone in DFW. We don't treat anyone differently and value all of our customers greatly. In addition to this we partner with many property management companies, general contractors, and commercial building owners/maintenance managers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have done a lot of cool projects. We wired up a beautiful yurt in Argyle, we've done lots of new custom home projects around the metro, we work with very talented designers that allow us to post our part of the project. We replaced all the LED parking pole lights at the parks of arlington. There are so many jobs we are fond of and thankful we got to participate in.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take the time to read reviews and lots of them. Look up your provider not just on this website but on as many websites as you have the patience to research. If your project is large enough, visit your contractor at their office. Meet their staff. Verify their licensure, insurance, and various certifications and accreditations.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Warranty Questions - be specific Qualifications and past experience doing the specific type of project you need done.
