We are about 40-50% less than the radio ad companies on equipment installation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A quick 2-5 minute phone call or a text is preferred.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold the highest license available in Texas and have 51 yrs of personal experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was top of my class in Trade school in 1973. Worked for the oldest and largest major AC companies in DFW.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are a full service AC contractor and welcome everyone that has a comfort issue.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A 4 system home. A few days for their convenience.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always read reviews! A close friend or relative can usually refer you to a quality company. Ask many questions!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is the ultimate goal? Budget, Financing, how soon the project is needed. Rebates, tax credits. Educate yourself. If in doubt at all or if you feel uncomfortable get a second opinion.
