What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is very simple we treat every customer the same. We put on shoe covers before entering the house. We are polite and courteous. We treat every customer with respect. We treat your home as though it was our grandmother's nothing gets touched without permission. We do not make messes and if we do we clean them up. We know entering your home is a privilege, so we do our best to earn your trust.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I remember when my parents Air conditioner went out i was very young. my dad was a mechanic and i helped him fix it. We got as far as we could then had to call out one of his friends to finish up. His friend was busy, so we had to wait a couple of days and nights and in the middle of august in Texas we all know even at night it's 100 degrees. I was so miserable I couldn't sleep and from then on, I thought this is how I am going to help and serve people plus I always wanted to be like my dad and be a mechanic.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I don't know if there is a type. I just serve people and do the best I can. I always follow what Jesus Christ said. " Treat others how you would like to be treated.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I love all my projects, but one does stand out. I had a client that needed a motor, now this motor is very specific to the unit. Unfortunately, the motor was on backorder for a few weeks. So, I got crafty wired in a temporary motor and relay which allowed the single system home to cool until the original equipment motor was available.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Me personally I would go with someone I trust.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
