What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Explain to the customer the entire cleaning process before starting the service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked and was trained by an air duct cleaning, dryer vent and a chimney cleaning company that has been in business for over 15 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with a friend of mine who has an air duct cleaning business and he taught me everything about it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of homes and small businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently had a project to clean up a property that had 2 air conditioners. This cleaning was quite strenuous and it took us around 7 hours because the house had mold coming out from the air vents. For this project, a deep cleaning service of the plenum box of the A/C unit had to be carried out and an air duct deep cleaning from each vent of the house. In addition to this cleaning, the plenum box was treated for mold and a UV light was placed on it to purify the air conditioning system.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The quality and integrity of the company in terms of the service that is needed is very important when contracting the service.
