Introduction

We are licensed and insured. Customer satisfaction comes first and foremost, with combined experience of over 20 years we fix the problem right at a reasonable price. We don't try to sell you thousands of dollars worth of equipment when its something that can be replaced at a fraction of the cost. It's challenging but rewarding to see a customer smile when their expectations are surpassed.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We would like our customers to understand that we are there to help them. As aggravating and sometimes scary it is for an HVAC system to break down, we will always do our best to repair first before replacing a system. We know what a strain on finances a system replacement can be, that is why we always try to work with our customers financial situation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our process is to get as much information from our customers over the phone. If possible have our customer perform a couple actions we suggest for them to try, to see if we can have them correct the issue. Sometimes something as simple as replacing batteries or replacing the filter does the job. If further assistance is needed we schedule them as soon as possible to have them up and running.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I started taking HVAC courses in Eastfield community college in 2003 after high school. Till this day we attend every class we can from Trane to keep our skills sharpened and learn the new emerging technologies such as high efficiency variable speed systems.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
As a teenager our AC kept breaking down and I recall how miserable it was. My father's friend always came to save the day, so now we strive to save our customers day.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We perform work from small repairs to fixed income customers, to complete change outs on commercial buildings. We value every individual, no matter the size of work being performed.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One recent project that I am fond of, included saving a customer thousands of dollars. A contractor before us missed a wire that was tripping the breaker and condemned the system. We found the issue and got them running within minutes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Know who you hire to do your work. In this line of work the cheapest way to go might cost more then you hoped for later on. That is why i explain any work to be done and why it needs to be done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Always ask if the contractor is licenced and insured. Usually "contractors" that don't carry both seem to be hard to reach when something goes wrong in the future.
