I'm loyal, make sure my customers are satisfied. I explain everything that is done with there unit

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I set my appointments for early mornings so that customers can continue with there day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I trained at Cedar Valley College for 2 years. Obtained and Associates Degree.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A friend recommended trying this field. I took there advice and now I'm in business for myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Several types of customers, I enjoy making it a friendly environment while working with customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Worked on a customer's unit after they had a friend work on unit which wasn't a HVAC technician.It took me some time to diagnose the problem. After job was completed, customer was happy with the job and the price.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
