building a realtionship , getting to no their need in comfort, and to keep a long term realtionship

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

2 years ac and heat schooling, 16 years experience from residential to commercial and refrigeration. i have worked with split units, roof tops, dx units, walkin freezers and coolers, reaxh in freezers and coolers, medical grade refrigeration units in hospitals.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked in the construction business from framing homes, concrete work from slabs to foudations,roofing, and ac work. i spent 3 years on each skill and chose to expanding my experience with ac . i attended school finished a 2 year program. I then went on working residential side for 8 years, commercial 8 years and refrigeration 4 years. in 2016 i decided to get licensed and open my company .

i work with any kind of customers from residential to commercial to fix their comfort needs

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

know your system, home efficiency, and photos of any repairs that are needed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

saving money with new products, efficiency of their system, and how to make their home more efficient
