What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We treat new customers like old ones, because without our customers we are nothing. With us you are not just a number, you are a client and we vow to take care of you. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I passed my HVAC course in 2012 and was later EPA certified, however I am constantly learning about HVAC via additional courses and trainings.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work primarily with residential, however I am willing and able to also work on commercial and government buildings like I have in the past.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We installed a 10 ton unit on top of Metro Water in Nashville in about a day and a half a few months back, however, I have had several smaller residential jobs including replacing blower motors, fixing leaks, replacing bad fuses, fixing bad connections, re-routing duct work, performing semi-annual tune ups, and of course full installs, among many other things.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When you support a small business, you're helping a family pay their bills, and honestly, the small business will likely help you pay yours, too. Because of the considerably less over head independent contractors have, their prices are nearly half of what you would pay for a big name. Give us the chance to show you that there are fast, honest, and reliable small businesses out there!
