What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first obtain customers information, schedule and evaluate work requested. Prepare an estimate, obtain customer approval and complete task while keeping the client updated every step of the way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

EPA Universal Certification Nate Certified Yearly Training on new equipment 19 years experience Service all makes and models Trident Technical College HVAC Program Training started in high school. Studied 2 years under an amazing teacher (Leo Rogers). Started working summer jobs doing HVAC as I attended Charleston Southern University. Continued my education at Trident Technical College (Turner, Baker, Munson). 19 years experience which included : installation of ductwork and equipment, servicing all makes and models, crew leader residential and commercial as well as service manager.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Warehouse project Existing warehouse has never had conditioned air before. Performed all load calculations, designed system, quoted customer and installed. Project consisted of two 5 ton split heat pumps, a three ton split heat pump, and a complete duct system for each. Installed in 8 work days. Results were amazing and client was very happy.

Detailed explanation of all issues that they are experiencing helps a lot. Outside of what is not working describe anything out of the ordinary you noticed prior to having the issue
